Our exchange policy

We hope you enjoy everything you buy from us. If you need to make a return, we want to make it simple and convenient for you. SEASON FRESH exchange policy allows you to exchange any SEASON FRESH product purchased online within 15 days of receipt. Any exchange is absolutely FREE of cost (if there is any product fault issue).

You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and unwashed also product condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved and must have all tickets attached.

Qualifications for replacement

Any product would qualify as a replacement if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • Wrong product, size or color.
  • Damaged product.
  • Product lost in shipment.
  • Products with major quality defects.

Following conditions will qualify under Return & Exchange Policy

15 days return and replacement Policy:

  • Condition: If you receive the item is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete condition, it is eligible for return and replacement if provided the exact item is available.
  • If the same item is not available, a refund will be issued.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any unclaimed damage.
  • You can return the item by providing the invoice copy and must include the filled-out form with all returns or exchange reasons.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges without the proper document electronic/printed invoice.
  • Return/ Refunds policy for online purchases will be Refundable amount will be given in cash or mobile transfer or online banking. For cash, You have to collect the amount from our office.
  • We don’t process exchanges after 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Pack your exchange securely in the original package and attach the invoice slip.
  • No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged/ refundable (if there is no quality fault issue).

How to exchange

If you are not fully satisfied with the products you bought, immediately call us – (+8801XXX-XXXXXX) or, contact us at the Customer Services Department at service@season fresh.com. you can directly message us on the Official Facebook page / Instagram Account (https://www.facebook.com/Season freshbd) simply contact/inform us within 15 days of the purchase date. After listening from you we will gladly exchange the product (if conditions applied). To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, SEASON FRESH reserves the right to request a valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a replacement or exchange. Please note that the value of the exchanged product should be of a similar or higher value than the original product price. If exchanging for a higher value item, the purchase value difference must be paid.

However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, please send back the full parcel to SEASON FRESH online store and inform us of our customer service. We will revise and re-send the full order.

Please note that

  1. Customer needs to send us the scan copy or image of the invoice of the courier service that the customer used during the return process.
  1. After receiving the Product, SEASON FRESH has full authority to take a decision on whether the Product will be applicable for exchange or refund policy.

Delivery cost

We use the most convenient and fastest courier service based on your delivery location. We charge standard currier cost.

We will reimburse you with the amount paid for the product and VAT through store credit after we have physically received the product. Please note any shipping costs will not be credited.

Cash On Delivery Policies

You can place an order on the website and enter your address during checkout. We provide cash on delivery. After you place an order, a customer service representative will call you within 24 hours to confirm your order(s) and will also send you an email. Please make sure to answer the call and confirm the order. Alternatively, you can also confirm the order yourself by calling us at 01XXX-XXXXXX.

Your order will be proceeded and shared with the courier tracking number.

Credit Note for online purchases

Shipping charge and any additional charge (if applicable) will be credited only for the following condition(s).

  1. Wrong product delivered from our end
  1. Quality defects
  1. Missing part(s)
  1. Damaged product(s)

Refunds for Online Purchases

In case of orders canceled by SEASON FRESH, you will be issued a refund for any prepaid purchases. Applicable taxes and shipping costs. The refund will be processed for such cases within 15 to 30 working days from the order cancellation date.

Please note that SEASON FRESH will not be responsible for any bank charges paid by the customer for the online transaction and this bank charge will not be credited to the customer’s account.

Timeline for returning items bought online

Please repack your product(s) securely in the original package and provide the printed invoice slip with the package. All returns must be processed within 15 calendar days of the original purchase date.

For any return issue, you are requested to contact the Customer Service of the e-commerce department within 15 days of receiving the shipment and we will guide you on the return process.
